Skopje. Good public services, hospital, shops. The Mavrovo ski centre is in 1200

possible from 1255m to 1860m above sea level. The length of the ski lifts is 5700m with a capacity of 10.100 skiers per hour.
The open season for fishing on the Mavrovo Lake is from 1 February through to 30
October. Another opportunity for fishing is the Radika river, only 12km. away
from Mavrovo.
You also have the opportunity to visit the Monastery of St.Jovan Bigorski 20
km. away from Mavrovo. The Monastery was built in 1020.
You can also visit the town of Ohrid, 100km. south of Mavrovo. This beautiful
