Viewing tours, conducted on a one to one basis with experienced and professional guides, is the best way to select your ideal property. Polaris World guides have comprehensive knowledge and experience of buying in the area and they aim to offer you friendly advice on the buying process through an open and relaxed approach. They will apply no pressure whatsoever and they will offer as much or as little support as you feel you need.

Typical travel arrangements

Allow for 3 nights accommodation at a conveniently located hotel or B&B close to the Murcia resorts.

Day 1

Fly from your chosen UK airport, to Alicante or San Javier (Murcia). On arrival in Spain you will be met by a uniformed member of staff who will be carrying a board displaying your name, and transported to your accommodation.

Day 2

You will be met at around 9.30 a.m. and taken to the Polaris World show homes and resort sites. You will also visit the Polaris showroom where current availability and prices will be confirmed and detailed models of the resorts and property types can be viewed. You will be taken on a tour of the area visiting towns and beaches to give you a feel for the region. The tour usually lasts until mid afternoon.

Day 3

If you have found a property you wish to purchase, Polaris World guides will assist you fully with the necessary reservation and contract procedures.

HOW TO BUY A POLARIS WORLD PROPERTY

When buying a Polaris World property, first of all Secondhome will provide you with all the information you need, and after that, you just have to decide on the property you prefer from those offered at each of the resorts. You might be looking for a ‘buy to let’ investment, somewhere to move permanently, somewhere to enjoy your holidays or a long term retirement opportunity due to the wide range of services available within each Polaris World Resort. At this stage, Secondhome and the Polaris World staff will provide you with all the information you need and we be on call to answer any quiries you might have.

Once you have chosen a particular property (or properties), you can pre-reserve with no booking fee or directly reserve it by paying a 3,000 Euros (or £2,000) deposit, needed to reserve a property for you for a period of 20 days. A contract between yourself and Polaris World will be drawn up and sent to you during this period.

After 20 days, you will be required to pay 25% (+7% VAT) of the total price minus the deposit.

A further 15% (+7%n VAT) is due to be paid in the second payment nine months later after the contract.

The outstanding balance 60% (+7% VAT) is due on completion.
